Reviews and Ratings
We had a lovely stay at this hotel with stunning views of the Arenal volcano. The rooms were quite nice and comfortable for the price, and the communal kitchen was a great touch. However, we were surprised to learn that the original hotel had merged with a hostel, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it provided good value for the money.
Our stay at this hotel was truly memorable, with clean and spacious rooms that offered a fantastic view of the volcano from the balcony. The outdoor kitchen was a standout feature, fully equipped for self-catering and even included breakfast staples. However, our experience was marred a bit when we arrived to find that the hotel had merged operations with a nearby backpackers' resort, which left us with limited room options. Overall, despite the hiccup at check-in, the refreshing amenities and inviting atmosphere made it a worthwhile stay.
I had a wonderful stay at Sierra Arenal, where the price was outstanding for what we received. The rooms were clean and had a beautiful view of Volcan Arenal, making for a relaxing atmosphere. Plus, the open kitchen facilities were a great touch. While overall it was an excellent experience, the only downside might be the minimal distractions for those seeking vibrant nightlife.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, and the views of the volcano from the balcony were stunning. The free breakfast was quite decent and filled me up for the day. The family running the hotel was incredibly friendly and even helped with our tour bookings. The only downside was that the transition from hotel to the merged resort was unexpected, leaving limited room options initially.
This hotel offers a wonderful stay with clean and spacious rooms that have a great view of Arenal Volcano, especially from the balcony. The outdoor kitchen is a fantastic feature, providing all necessary ingredients for breakfast and more, which enhances the overall value for money. However, the atmosphere could feel a bit dull for some, and while the service is helpful, it may not be as personable as one might hope.
